User Manual - Jellyfish Lamp

Introduction

To make correct use of the functions and to know the system’s connections and usage, please read this user manual carefully before using the product. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.

Getting started

1. Loosen the screws on the bottom of the battery box and install 3 x AA batteries (not included). Retighten the screws to lock the battery cover.
2. Pour water into the jellyfish lamp. Stop pouring 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the top.
3. Add 2 drops of liquid detergent.
4. Put the jellyfishes into the container. To avoid the formation of air bubbles, push the jellyfish completely under water (with a stick or straw). Then close the lid.
5. This product can also be powered by USB. Connect the USB cable to the product, then turn on the lamp.

Care and Maintenance

• Change the water after about two weeks, as the water may become dirty. Clean any dirt on the filter screen at the bottom of the tank gently with a soft brush.
• Sometimes the jellyfish will swim upside down, or get stuck on the bottom. If this occurs, turn the lamp over slightly or move the jellyfish with a stick, straw or spoon.
• Change water when there are impurities in the water.
• For best performance and durability of the lamp, it will switch off automatically after four hours of operation. Leave the unit off for one hour before pressing the button to reactivate it.
• If the jellyfish does not move after a period of use, please change the water in the aquarium. Again use a spoon, stick, straw to remove the bubbles from the jellyfish.ED source: 3 x 1W.

Warnings

• Do not eat the jellyfish or any other small parts.
• Remove the batteries when not in use for long period of time.
• Pour out the water before you open the battery compartment.
• The lamp is for indoor use only. 
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Place the product on a flat surface to avoid spills.
• Not suitable for children under 5 years.
